Keith has extensive experience in the construction industry working across a broad portfolio of sectors delivering successful commercial management for numerous Clients. Leading from the front, his capabilities include pre and post contract commercial services, final accounts, claims avoidance and resolution, adjudications, arbitrations and expert witness skills. His knowledge continually grown from involvement in building, civil engineering, tunnelling, petrochemical, nuclear, utilities, transportation and contracts in the United Kingdom and overseas.

Charlie has a proven track record of successfully delivering Clients objectives. He is experienced in providing pre and post contract commercial services including actual cost audits, final accounts, preparing and defending extension of time and loss and expense claims. His extensive skill base being continuously enhanced from involvement in numerous construction related projects across the building, civil engineering, transportation, utilities, river restoration, service delivery and education sectors.

John has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial and project management across a wide range of sectors including commercial, retail, transport infrastructure, leisure and major civil engineering projects. He has experience of managing teams, administrating many forms of contracts including all aspects of pre and post contract administration, cost estimating/cost planning, forecasting and monitoring, writing project proposals, issuing instructions and negotiating and settling contractual claims.

Barry has considerable experience in the construction industry gained through a wide range of utility and civil engineering projects in the UK utilising various forms of contract and procurement systems. He has team management capabilities, administrating many forms of contracts including all aspects of pre and post contract administration, cost estimating/cost planning, forecasting and monitoring, writing project proposals, issuing instructions and negotiating and settling contractual claims.

Phil has over 35 years of experience in the construction and engineering industry. His experience gained through a wide range of building and civil engineering projects in the UK and overseas utilising various forms of contract and procurement procedures. Specialising in procurement, contract administration and final accounts.

Phil’s experience includes commercial, financial and administration of all aspects of building, large civil engineering, utilities and railway projects in both in the UK and overseas. His many years of surveying experience resulting in an extensive skill set uniting procurement, contract administration, actual cost auditing, claims for extensions of time, loss and expense and final accounts.

Dave is an experienced planning manager who has in a planning and programming role on a number of high-profile construction projects and his experience includes acting as an Expert Witness in planning matters. His considerable planning expertise and experience extends across numerous programme formats including current favourites such as Primavera P5, P6 & P7, Asta Project and MS Project.
