Undertaking commercial audits of contractor’s and subcontractor’s actual costs incurred as part of the capital delivery AMP 4 works. Part of an ISC team providing commercial exposure mitigation services relating to Metronet in PPP administration with particular emphasis on the close-out of affiliate subcontract accounts.

Metronet
Preparation and submission of claim for additional expense relating to station works executed under a PPP service contract.

Network Rail
Actual cost/earned value auditing of a number of prestigious projects seconded to Network Rail’s Engineering, Innovation and Examination Department, providing commercial services in support of both equipment and business processes within the rail industry, dealing with corporate governance issues relating to business planning, authority to invest and contractual issues with individual contractors.

Balfour Beatty Management
Reviewing the commercial processes and procedures on Kings Cross redevelopment including review of all commercial services.
