Commissioned to carry out a commercial review of a number of contracts prior to execution relating to water and sewage treatment plants and the Five Year Asset Management Plan to ensure, amongst other matters, that all the documentation comprising the contract was compatible, free from anomaly and conflict.

Electricity NorthWest: £50m
Review of existing target cost contract including potential pain/gain forecasts.

Tideway Tunnel Commercial Review and Audit: £3bn
Commissioned to carry out a commercial review of the Project Management Professional Services Contract Agreement including an audit of incurred costs, staff rates and disbursements. Also ISC renegotiated the commercial terms and conditions of the existing services agreement and redefined the overall scope of the works, including a review and restructuring of the forecast budget.

Water/Waste/Sewage Treatment Plants: £5m
Preparation of design and build quantities for sewage treatment plants at St. Bees Head and Durley on behalf of Johnston Construction.

Thames Water: £1m-£32m
Commissioned to provide commercial advice on a number of contractual matters over a three year period. Reviews included disputes over entitlement to variations/compensation events, adjustment of target cost, admissible actual costs and extensions of time arising from contracts to undertake mains replacement, sewage treatment works and the provision of a desalination plant.

Actual Cost Audits: £2m-£38m
Commissioned to carry out audits of actual costs on a number of contracts throughout their duration and at final account for Thames Water.

Construction Contract Documentation Review: £3bn
Review and appraisal of five year asset maintenance contract framework documentation for tender purposes on NEC, IChemE and bespoke forms of contract.
