Undertaking commercial process and procedure reviews. Carrying out commercial audits of contractor’s actual costs and providing mitigation services relating to PPP administration. Commercial management and negotiation of all IT matters on behalf of the consortium of shareholders in respect of the PPP administration.

Tube Lines
Acted as the contract administrator for the SCADA and communications package, which followed on a successful involvement in the preparation of the tender and subsequent contract negotiations.

Network Rail
Contracts and Commercial Manager responsible for negotiating and managing alliance and partnering agreements, ensuring that the team delivered to contract and providing advice on procurement strategy, contractual matters and financial planning on an overall portfolio of £90m per annum capital and operational expenditure.
