Robert Denley, Associate Director, has over thirty years experience in the commercial, contractual, financial and administration aspects of large civil engineering projects, building projects and railway works.  Bob led commercial and contractual aspects of building a new airport railway in Hong Kong.

Part of a team providing contractual and commercial services on a portfolio of projects worth c £250m.

Thames Water
Undertaking commercial audits of actual cost of contrators’ and subcontrators’ accounts relating to capital work projects forming part of the AMP 4 works.

Network Rail
Working on behalf of Network Rail Head Quarters dealing with various commercial and contractual problems.

Tube Lines
Undertaking actual cost audit and subcontractors’ account analysis.

Previous key experience

Mass Transit Railway Corporation (Hong Kong)
Responsible for all commercial, contractual and financial matters related to the Rambler Channel Bridge (£45m) and Tsing Yi Station (£325m).
