Provision of executive level commercial management and specialist claims team to formulate commercial strategy. Subsequently, the team implemented, presented, negotiated and settled claims relating to the pipe erection work to eight units of an Elf Oil Refinery in Germany on behalf of Babcock, Industrierohrleitungsbau GmbH, including preparation of the final measurement and variation account.

West Coast Main Line Upgrade: £10bn
Provision of commercial management to Network Rail reporting at board level including the review of contract documentation, preparation of tender documentation, negotiation of contract terms, identification and management of commercial risk areas.

Thames Water: £25m - £425m
Commissioned to carry out a commercial review of a number of contracts prior to execution relating to sewage treatment plants and the Five Year Asset Management Plan to ensure, amongst other matters, that all the documentation comprising the contract is compatible, free from anomaly and all pre- contract deliverables have been secured.
