Managing a team of ISC personnel, reviewing and auditing capital delivery works for the AMP 4 investment plan and providing commercial management advice on contract strategy for AMP 5 investment plan.

Managing a team of ISC personnel, reviewing and auditing capital delivery works for the AMP 4 investment plan and providing commercial management advice on contract strategy for AMP 5 investment plan.

Providing commercial management exposure mitigation services in respect of Metronet in PPP Administration. Services included recovery of monies due and termination, negotiation and finalisation of contracted out works, management of property portfolio and IT contracts.

Tube Lines
Preparation of claim for additional costs arising from additional maintenance costs incurred in maintaining reduced expenditure on capital investments.  Review of budgets and analysis of scope reduction in capital works investments.

Commercial audit of subcontractors actual cost accounts including recommendations on future process and procedures.

Metronet
Commercial management services to including compilation of extra ordinary review submissions to arbiters, bid review and analysis related to both capital and operational works. 

Shurgard
Providing pre and post contract services relating to the construction of warehouse storage facilities on the roll out of a construction programme of stores in the UK.
 
Balfour Beatty Management
Reviewing the commercial processes and procedures on Kings Cross redevelopment including review of all commercial services.

Other recent commissions
Preparation of claim for a petro-chemical pipe fitting contractor on a major oil refinery in Europe.  Preparation of expert witness statement against high court writ served in measurement dispute.  Analysis and settlement of claims for delay, disruption and acceleration on behalf of various client organisations.
