Ian Skinner, ISC Managing Director, has a proven track record, with over 25 years experience of contract drafting, contractual advice, commercial management and claims negotiation in the transportation, construction, engineering, utilities and petrochemical industries. Ian possesses a wealth of commercial and general management experience and has the strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills essential to being an effective manager. His career to date provides substantial evidence that he has the ability to produce results.
Keith Blount, ISC Director, has extensive experience gained over 30 years in the construction industry working in a variety of roles including pre and post contract work on building, civil engineering, utilities, petro-chemical, transportation and service projects both in the United Kingdom and overseas.
Tony Roberts, ISC Director, has a proven track record in the delivery and implementation of commercial and contractual documentation with over 30 years experience in the business. Tony’s specialisations are in the commercial management of major civil engineering, transportation and building projects, the development of contract strategies, preparation of contract documentation and the negotiation and settlement of contractual disputes.
Steve Barber, ISC Associate Director, has in excess of 30 years experience as a quantity surveyor. For the last 20 years he has worked in the UK transportation industry, having previously dealt with communication signals, telecommunications, track plant and civil engineering maintenance, and is something of an expert on negotiating and managing alliance and partnering agreements in the transportation arena.
Robert Denley, ISC Associate Director, has over 30 years experience in the commercial, contractual, financial and administration aspects of large civil engineering projects, building projects and railway works. His five years experience dealing with the commercial and contractual aspects of building a new airport railway in Hong Kong consolidated his skills as an International Commercial Manager.
Philip Bishop, ISC Associate Director, is a chartered quantity surveyor with over 35 years experience in the construction industry. Philip’s experience has been gained through a wide range of building, utilities and civil engineering projects in the UK and overseas utilising various forms of contract and procurement regimes. Phil has been a Principal in a chartered quantity surveying practice in the Channel Islands where he successfully expanded the business prior to returning back to the mainland.
Keith Daniels, ISC Associate Director, has over 30 years experience in the construction industry, working on projects in the UK and overseas. Keith is particularly experienced at preparing cost value reconciliations, preparing and agreeing final accounts and preparing and negotiating claims.
William Castle, ISC Senior Commercial Manager, has in excess of 30 years experience in the construction industry both in the UK and abroad including commercial, financial and administration aspects of large civil engineering projects, building projects, utilities and railway work.
Phil Ewens, ISC Senior Commercial Manager, has over 25 years experience in the construction industry, both in the UK and abroad, including commercial, financial and administration aspects of large civil engineering projects, building projects, utilities and railway work.
Arthur Cross, ISC Senior Commercial Manager, has in excess of 30 years experience in the construction industry, working on projects in the UK and overseas. Arthur has experience in all aspects of quantity surveying and is particularly conversant with contract documentation preparation, tender evaluation and post contract administration.
John Evans, ISC Senior Commercial Manager, is a quantity surveyor with extensive experience and an excellent track record for compiling final accounts and resolving claims in the construction and civil engineering industries. John has proven problem-solving skills and is able to obtain and analyse information to agreed deadlines and budgets.
Ken Brown, ISC Consultant, has over 40 years experience of quantity surveying, commercial management and claim negotiation in the building and civil engineering industries.
Keith Bland, ISC Consultant, has held director level positions in both client and contracting organisations, he has detailed knowledge of procurement contract and change management and extensive experience in all aspects of construction, and associated systems and services engineering and has many demonstrable achievements in management, negotiation, facilitation, system and process development and project turnaround.
Gary Sanford, ISC Consultant, has over thirty years experience in railway, oil and gas and defence engineering with particular skills in change management.
Simon Nunn, ISC Company Secretary, is the Managing Director of chartered accountancy practice S Nunn & Co Ltd, which he established in 1996, prior to this he was an Audit Manager at Touche Ross & Co Ltd.
John Oliver, consultant, has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial and project management across a wide range of sectors; commercial, retail, transport infrastructure, leisure and major civil engineering projects.
Cath Smith, ISC Marketing & Communications Manager, has over twenty years experience of FMCG and business to business marketing and is the founder of Blue Fish Marketing (www.bluefishmarketing.co.uk), which offers B2B marketing support to companies in London and the South East. |
