Full pre and post contract services including project co-ordination and cost control for extension to existing building to create new sales area in accordance with corporate identity on behalf of private client.

Hospital/NHS:
Provision of post contract administration services and commercial advice to contractor on hospital wing extension at Winchester Hospital. Preparation of piling/foundation claim on Hastings Hospital.

TML - UK Lump Sum Construction Works
Preparation of bills of quantities for various buildings on the UK Terminal of Channel Tunnel. Quality assurance checks on all other Quantity Surveyors employed on measurement exercises for TML.
