Claims Manager responsible for the negotiation and settlement of all claim matters relating to design contracts for the Jubilee Line Extension. Providing contractual advice, commercial strategy and endorsement of claims negotiations with works contractors.

Channel Tunnel UK
Commercial Manager heading a dedicated team of claim specialists responsible for the development and implementation of commercial strategy in connection with the recovery of all additional expense from the client - Eurotunnel, culminating in the submission, negotiation and successful settlement of all the above ground UK civil and building works claims.
